Come Sail With Us!
Whether you're an old salt, racer, cruiser, or a novice who wants
to learn more about sailing, you've come to the right place!
The Arizona Yacht Club is a racing, cruising, educational, and
social sailing club made up of more than 230 Arizona families. No
boat? No problem. You don't even need sailing experience. Just jump
on board and AYC will help you explore and enjoy this great sport
and hobby of sailing.

Here's a taste of what we do:

Race, with lots of classes on lots of weekends on several
lakes. Once you're a member you can even adopt a club boat to sail on Tempe Town Lake!

Crew, to learn the ropes with other members on boats big and
small.

Cruise, on Lake Pleasant, to Catalina, in the Sea of Cortez,
and beyond.

Socialize, in monthly meetings, picnics, dinners, and parties.

Contribute to our community with fundraising and community
charity events.

Teach and learn, by training kids and adults how to sail through the Arizona Sailing Foundation, our nonprofit subsidiary.
Every year there are dozens and dozens of AYC events built on
good times, sportsmanship, and a common love of sailing. Look through
this Membership section or the entire Web site to get a flavor of
what we're all about. Check our calendar and stop by our next monthly
meeting. Better yet, invite yourself to our next event at Tempe
Town Lake or Lake Pleasant. Try us out. You'll be glad you did!
We're a very active sailing club and the benefits of membership are
a great value: after a one-time initiation fee of $150, the annual
dues are just $125/year (or about 34 cents a day)! What are you waiting
