The scores show changes to Feb 16 races as the result of requests for redress in the PHRF Spin and Non-Spin fleets. The original finish time for Circuitous for a race in Spin was restored after the protest committee ruled that the race committee didn't follow proper procedure. And a shortened race for Non-Spin was thrown out after the committee decided that the shorten-course procedure was not properly done.
