What about the food?!

Friday Dinner: Rick Johnson and his team of sailing chefs will prepare a Polynesian-themed dinner Friday night with several kinds of meat, an amazing Polynesian vegetable concoction, fried rice, and salad. The Rick Johnson Team will prepare the meal as you watch so it's fresh and tasty.

Saturday Breakfast: Jacqui Tillman and a team of people from the Lake Pleasant Sailing Club will prepare a Saturday morning breakfast to remember! These guys know how to prepare a delicious and filling breakfast. For the first time, we'll offer mimosas and other adult beverages for puchase at breakfast, too.

Saturday Lunch: To make it easy on out-of-town guests or locals who don't want to bother with packing a lunch to eat on the water, we'll have a box lunch available. Pick it up before you head out onto the lake. You'll need to place your lunch order by Saturday, January 12 so we can be ready for you.

Saturday Dinner: Creations in Cuisine Catering will present the Saturday night dinner. The menu: Caesar salad, roast quarter chicken, garlic mashed potatoes with country gravy, sweet peas and corn in sherry shallot butter, assorted rolls and whipped herb butter.

Sunday Breakfast: A hearty, filling breakfast burrito awaits your Sunday morning. Still hungry? Really?

Sunday Lunch: The Arizona Sailing Foundation will prepare (and benefit from) your Sunday lunch. This informal meal will precede the awards ceremony in the big tent.

Adult Beverages: We don't want anyone to go thirsty! Mt. Gay Rum and Full Sail beer will be on sale along with a full selection of other beverages. Saturday night watch for the "shot girls" roaming the big tent.
