Cruising Fun Run

Like to join the 48th AYC Birthday Regatta and Leukemia Cup party but don't want to race?

Register for a Regatta Fun Run with Cruising Skipper Jacqui Tillman. Once registered you'll receive a map of Lake Pleasant with three areas marked. Cruise to the marked areas to find scrabble letters. Use the letters to create as many scrabble words as possible.Turn in your entries to Jacqui for scoring by 5 Saturday evening. Winners will be announced Saturday night during the awards ceremony.

There are no start or finish times. This event is strictly on a cruiser's schedule. Besides having fun on the lake, what a great way to be a part of the largest sailing event in Arizona!

You can register by calling (623.463.2046) or e-mailing Jacqui or register in person Saturday morning during the Pancake Breakfast sponsored by Lake Pleasant Sailing Club.

There's no charge for the cruising entry, but we'd like you to also sign up for the meals and join everybody in the big tent. Click on the entry but skip over the part about entering the races and just put in your reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And get one of the very classy SLAM shirts while you're there.
